Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) is seeking a cafe supervisor to lead the cafe team at our Frankston facility. This on-site role focuses on inductions, training and coaching, while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety.

The successful candidate will demonstrate hospitality leadership, effective communication, and a can-do attitude in a rapid-paced environment, with benefits including gym and pool access through PARC/PINES memberships and flexible working options.
