Casual Support Worker – Waterloo & Surrounds

Norella Disability Support Services is a Sydney-based NDIS provider delivering person-centred, reliable support. We are looking for a caring and dependable casual Support Worker with flexible availability to join our team in the Waterloo area.

Availability

- Available across the whole week, Monday to Sunday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Shifts range from a minimum of 3 hours to longer shifts
- Shifts are offered on a casual, as‑needed basis

Shifts currently available include

- Afternoon shifts, 3:00pm to 6:00pm
- Daytime shifts, Monday to Sunday 9:30am to 2pm or more

About the role

- Providing community access, companionship and daily living support
- Assisting with personal care, household tasks and transport to appointments as needed
- Building positive, respectful relationships and supporting clients' independence
- Completing shift notes and reporting incidents in line with NDIS requirements





What we're looking for

- A mature, patient and reliable support worker
- Female support worker preferred to match client preference
- Versatile availability between 8:00am and 8:00pm, seven days a week
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Ageing (or equivalent experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current driver's licence car and comprehensive car insurance needed
- Lives locally or can reliably travel to Waterloo
