We provide a unique experience where guests enjoy a weekly stay which includes luxury accommodation, a full program of health-related activities, use of our stunning facilities and delicious and nutritious meals in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic team member to join our Spa & Therapies team in a full-time time capacity. Role includes one weekend day per week.
We are seeking a candidate who has experience in reception or administration, is professional in presentation and communication and has a genuine passion for providing five-star service for our guests – in person, over the phone and via email.
Ideal applicants will have previously worked in day spas or front office departments,
have substantial experience in customer service and ideally have experience in using Spa One.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of spelling, and grammatical ability in verbal and written communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Handling treatment reservations enquiries and converting to bookings via email, in-person and over the phone
- Processing treatments through the spa program
- Treatment coordination to accommodate guest requests and therapist availability
- Responding to guest requests on the ground
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all facets of the role
- Communicate clearly and effectively with a friendly and empathetic disposition
- Embody and incorporate theEden CARE philosophy into all aspects of the role and service delivery.
- Work cooperatively within a team workplace and have a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Provide exceptional customer serviceMust be available to work one weekend day per week
- Have an interest in health and wellbeing
