About the Role

Working alongside our Purchasing Manager and wider team, you will gain hands-on experience across purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, customer service and day-to-day business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Purchasing & Inventory Management: Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily stock control, inventory management, purchase orders and stock replenishment.

- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

- Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving deliveries, organising stock, maintaining warehouse areas and general distribution activities.

- Customer Service: Assist with responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner.

- General Operations: Support the team with various administrative and operational tasks to keep the business running efficiently.
