MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with leading insurance clients across Sydney CBD and North Sydney as they prepare for a busy period, with multiple opportunities available for experienced Customer Service Insurance Agents across inbound and retentions teams.

- Location: Sydney CBD, North Sydney
- Employment type: 3-6-month temporary assignments, full-time work
- Hourly rate: $38-40 p/h + super
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm (roster shifts)
- Opportunities to work with established insurance providers

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a busy contact centre workplace.
- Respond to customer enquiries across multiple insurance products, including home, pet and boat insurance.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, premium enquiries,



policy changes and general account maintenance.
- Handle retention conversations, identifying opportunities to retain existing customers and reduce policy cancellations.

The ideal candidate:

- Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment - insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a genuine focus on customer care and the ability to handle difficult conversations confidently.
- High attention to detail with a results focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
