We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Dispensary Technician or Pharmacy Student to join our friendly, professional team on a part-time basis.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:





- Is an experienced Dispensary Technician or a current Pharmacy Student

- Ideally has previous experience in Australian community pharmacy

- Is accurate, organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail

- Genuinely enjoys helping customers and delivering excellent patient care

- Works well in a team and contributes to a positive workplace

- Shows initiative, takes ownership of responsibilities and is eager to learn

- Communicates clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers

- Is reliable and available to work 2–3 days per week, including weekends

What the Role Involves

Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving prescriptions and assisting with prescription collection

- Assisting pharmacists with dispensing and dispensary workflow under appropriate supervision

- Supporting the processing of S3 and S4 requests

- Stock management, including ordering, stocktaking and inventory control

- Processing sales and maintaining a tidy, organised dispensary

- Assisting with day‑to‑day pharmacy operations

- Helping deliver the high standard of customer service and patient care our pharmacy is known for

For pharmacy students, the role also provides excellent exposure to community pharmacy practice, patient interactions, medication counselling and the day-to-day clinical decision‑making of experienced pharmacists.

Store Trading Hours:

- Monday–Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

- Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

- Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

- Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

- Sunday: 9:30am – 1:30pm

This is a part-time position offering 2–3 days per week, including weekend work.
