BlueCare in Queensland seeks a Senior Personal Carer to conduct initial client intake, develop care plans, and deliver person-centered support at clients' homes across Bulimba, Morningside, Coorparoo, Holland Park and surrounding areas.

You will travel to visits, manage client information in CRM/CMS, review goals with the care team, and assist with daily activities, shopping, transport, and social support, with a focus on safety and quality of life.
