Enabling Pathways Community in Mackay is seeking experienced Youth Workers for casual shifts across day, evening, sleepover and awake/active roles. You will support children and young people facing trauma with a holistic, culturally aware approach.
You will be trained with Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Foundation training, supported by a dedicated team and after-hours on-call support to ensure continuity of care.
