Axil Coffee Roasters in Melbourne is seeking Baristas for casual roles across our venues. You’ll greet guests, pull espresso shots, operate grinders, and maintain a clean, energetic coffee bar while delivering warm customer engagement.

Experience with La Marzocco GB5, Mazzer Robur S, Mahlkönig E65s GBW and EK43s is preferred. We offer training, development opportunities, staff discounts, a quarterly bonus and adaptable weekend shifts.
