An opportunity has presentedfor anExperienced Medical Receptionist tojoin a Specialist Clinic located in Robina. We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Medical Receptionist's to join our Admin team. The successful candidate is willing to 2-3 days per week in our clinic in Robina.

The successful candidate would thrive in patient and customer care-based environments.

The person we are seeking must be motivated and have a passionate approach to providing outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a supportive team environment.

Essential attributes for this role

An understanding of the Medicare billing system

An understanding of the Private Health Insurance billing system

An understanding of Allied Health billing

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team environment

Booking and rescheduling patient appointments

Greeting patients and answering telephone enquiries

Billing, scanning and filing

Ensuring practice policies and procedures are correctly followed

At least 2 years' experience as a medical receptionist

Strong knowledge of medical billing and medical terminology

Solid organizational skills

Enjoy working with a friendly focused team
