Bannisters is seeking Apprentice Chefs to join our culinary teams across Spicers Guesthouse, Éremo Restaurant, The Convent Hunter Valley, and Circa 1876. This hands-on apprenticeship offers a pathway to learn from experienced chefs within renowned regional dining venues.

You will learn practical culinary skills, follow recipes, maintain a clean kitchen, and work with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
