UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Home Care Employee to provide person-centred, community-based care in Pendle Hill. This part time role supports individuals in their daily living tasks under the direction of the Home Care Manager, with flexible shifts across days.

You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, mobility and transport needs, while upholding privacy and dignity and complying with care plans and safety policies. Experience in aged care is desirable.
