Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent to assist with check-in/check-out, enquiries, and guest reservations. You will support the front office team and help deliver genuine service to travellers in a quick-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have OPERA PMS experience, relevant prior roles, Australian working rights, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to enhance guest experiences around the local area.
