Sirv Group in Lake Haven, NSW, is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support individuals with complex mental health needs, psychosocial disabilities and behaviours of concern in a SIL workplace. This hands-on role requires calmness under pressure, resilience, and a commitment to person-centred care.

You will work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers, mornings, and weekends, assisting with daily living, documentation, and behaviour support.
