The Brisbane Isuzu Trucks Service Department at Archerfield is currently seeking a Service Advisor/ Service Receptionist to compliment and support our experienced frontline team.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will take pride in your appearance, maintain a positive and energetic attitude, and strive to exceed customer expectations while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Your Duties and Responsibilities are:

Welcoming customers, both in person and by phone

Processing and updating repair orders

Updating Dealer Management Systems and communicating with internal stakeholders.

Updating customers in person, by phone, SMS and by email on the progress of their booked vehicles.

Providing customers with a detailed report on their vehicles.

Maintain Drivers Licence (essential)
