Cleanaway in Wollongong, NSW seeks a motivated Customer Care professional to join our quick-paced team. You'll be the first point of contact for C&I; and Municipal Council customers, delivering friendly, accurate support and resolving enquiries to ensure positive outcomes.

Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Lead, you will coordinate bookings, update CRM records and collaborate with operations to meet customer needs.
