We’re Looking for a Skilled Labourer Looking to Learn a Trade
- Skilled labourer with previous construction experience who is keen to learn how to install waterproofing membranes
- Someone with a can-do attitude who takes pride in quality work
- A team player who values attention to detail and wants to build a long-term career
You’ll train with our most experienced installers,
developing your skills and learning the latest best-practice waterproofing methods used across Australia.
What We Offer
- $28–$38 per hour + Super + Overtime Rates
- All tools provided
- Monthly goals with incentives
- Two scheduled pay reviews per year
- Quarterly team days (Paintball, Go-Karting, Harbour Bridge Climb, Randwick Race Day)
- Annual Harbour Cruise
- Work on Sydney’s most prestigious homes (Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Sutherland Shire)
Your Daily Duties
- Offsider to tradesperson cleaning and preparation of waterproof areas
- All aspects of liquid membrane installation
- Arranging and organizing materials
- Travelling to Sydney’s most prestigious residential homes

- Current driver’s license
- White card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic attitude
