JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

You'll visit clients in their homes across Sydney's Inner West and South, providing clinical care to clients with a range of needs.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, organise your travel and structure your working day.

The role is initially part-time, with the opportunity to increase your hours and potentially move to full-time as the service and your caseload grow.

Your day may include:

- Wound care and pressure injury management
- Catheter insertion and management (IDC/SPC)
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition support
- Medication administration
- Continence assessments and product recommendations
- Clinical reviews and care planning
- Clinical documentation and oversight
- Building ongoing relationships with clients and their families

Importantly, this isn't about rushing from one appointment to the next. You'll have the opportunity to build real relationships with clients through repeat visits and ongoing care.
