Gracehaven Aged Care Service, QLD is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to support activities and experiences that encourage participation, social interaction and enjoyment for residents. You will work closely with the broader care team to foster a warm, welcoming setting and build strong relationships with residents.

You may have experience in aged care or community services, with strong communication and a friendly, outgoing nature.
