The Senior Registered Nurse Duty Nurse Manager role at Canterbury District Health Board is a casual prospect within Ashburton Hospital. You will lead the senior nursing team, coordinate patient flow, and ensure service delivery across after-hours, weekends and public holidays.

You will work autonomously, apply decisive leadership, and partner with district colleagues to support Tuarangi Home, District Nursing and rural services, while driving clinical excellence and safe care.
