We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking and physically fit Warehouse Team Members for a range of warehouse opportunities across the Hobart area, based in Bridgewater.

Whether you're experienced in warehousing or looking to get your foot in the door, we're interested in hearing from motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can consistently meet daily KPIs and productivity targets.

Available Shifts

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday
- Afternoon Shift: Sunday to Thursday
- Friday Afternoon Shift: Friday only, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours over the busy Christmas period.

Typical Duties

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receiving, sorting and putting away stock
- Loading and unloading deliveries




- Performing repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Meeting daily KPIs, productivity targets and quality standards
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals

What We’re Looking For

- Full Australian working rights
- Own reliable transport to and from the Bridgewater location
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain productive under pressure
- Proven ability to meet KPIs, deadlines and daily productivity targets
- Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude
- Safety-conscious approach to all tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Safety boots and a hi-vis vest
- Previous warehouse, picking and packing experience is advantageous but not essential
