ICL is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the New Life Shelter program in Recent York. The role focuses on organizing service plans, assessing residents’ needs, and delivering or coordinating direct services and advocacy with housing, health, and social services providers.

The position requires a relevant degree with practicum or equivalent experience, CPR/First Aid and NYSOOPP certification, and on-site work schedule Tue–Sat, 9:00am–5:30pm, with competitive compensation.
