Work with an award winning team that will value and respect you. Our growing business is seeking a full time admin junior at Miranda for a proactive person who is passionate about providing customers with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting customers over the phone and in person.
- Booking appointments.
- Liaising with staff.
- Assisting with general admin, filing, data entry and emails.
- Assisting with inventory, parts sales and stock control.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with daily workshop admin.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic including being reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Robust organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- This position is full time over 4.5 days each week. This position will include working every Saturday morning between 8am – 12 noon.
- Experience with Email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- An interest in the camping / automotive / caravan / boating / recreation industries
- Drivers Licence.
- Ongoing education and training
