We spend a third of our lives sleeping, so we thought we’d make it memorable. Sheet Society was dreamed up by Hayley and Andy Worley in 2017 after they thought the industry had hit snooze. Then once their kids arrived, they had a new understanding of what makes for a great night’s sleep.
This is a unique prospect to be part of an exciting new store launch and help build something from the ground up. From creating an exceptional customer experience to shaping store culture and supporting a high-performing team, you'll play a key role in bringing the Sheet Society experience to life from day one.
We’re currently accepting applications for a team of experienced Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our Bondi retail team from mid-October. These roles are fixed-term to support peak trading from October to January. Availability for extended trading hours, weekends and public holidays is essential.

driven and the ultimate support crew to those around you.
About the Role: Our stores are purpose built to deliver both a functional shopping experience and an immersive space that feels just like home. We pride ourselves on delivering the dream and making each moment memorable for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Selling through engagement, educating customers about our brand and features, providing consistent in-store service, driving KPI targets, collaborating with a team, and ensuring VM standards.
Skills & Attributes: Previous retail or hospitality experience, genuine passion for customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
