Hand Picked Group is seeking a Commis Chef for Maman Bar & Kitchen on the Gold Coast. You will contribute to a memorable guest experience with creative dishes and accurate execution.

You will assist in preparing menus, maintain high food hygiene standards and manage portions. A Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery and at least 3 years' kitchen experience are required, plus the ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
