Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and protected in their own homes. You will support clients with domestic tasks, personal care, meals and transport, working in clients' homes and communities to help them achieve their goals.
This role requires at least two years in aged or community care, strong communication, reliability and a person-centred approach.
