Your day to day

Joining our existing overnight team, you’ll work across both guest service and night audit — welcoming late arrivals, assisting our in‑house guests, completing overnight audit processes and helping ensure the hotel runs seamlessly through the night.

This isn’t purely a back‑office night audit role. Guest interaction is a big part of what you’ll do. Whether you’re welcoming a guest at check‑in, responding to a request, assisting over the phone or ensuring our daily transactions are accurate, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and memorable experience.

It’s a busy and varied role offering broad exposure to Front Office and overnight hotel operations, so you’ll need to be equally comfortable connecting with guests and working accurately behind the scenes.

What we need from you

- Previous hotel or Front Office experience essential
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00pm to 7:00 am
- A genuine passion for creating warm and memorable guest experiences
- Confidence communicating with guests face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A polished and professional approach suited to a luxury hotel environment
- Full Australian working rights
