The Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to join the team at Nobu Melbourne, one of Crown Melbourne's flagship dining destinations. In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll lead from the floor, coach and develop your team, and ensure every guest enjoys the exceptional service and dining experience Nobu is renowned for. In this role, you will:

- Lead, motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional fine dining experiences.
- Drive service excellence and ensure seamless day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
- Foster a culture of luxury hospitality, professionalism and guest obsession.
- Coach, train and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance.
- Support onboarding, capability development and succession planning initiatives.
- Monitor service delivery, labour performance and operational efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences.
- Ensure compliance with responsible service, food safety, regulatory and Crown requirements.
- Lead by example in maintaining Nobu's globally recognised standards of excellence.

You’ll bring:





- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a premium restaurant, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Solid communication, coaching and people leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy venue.
- A hands‑on leadership style with a focus on service excellence.
- Sound problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
