Frankies is currently hiring experienced Baristas for full-time and part time roles at each of our locations. Successful candidates will bring a minimum of two years’ barista experience, extensive espresso knowledge and milk texturing, and a people‑focused attitude with a passion for both staff and guests.
You should be able to thrive in a cafe team, lead when needed, mentor junior staff on shift, and maintain a keen eye for detail and cleanliness — with no night work required.
