Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach, Queensland, is seeking two Reservations Consultants to join our hospitality team. One full-time and one casual, reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, handling enquiries and bookings across multiple channels to create memorable guest experiences.
You will stay updated on products, timetables, and promotions, manage bookings, process payments, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.
