CreditorWatch is seeking a part time Customer Collections Specialist to support the Collect Call Assist service in a hybrid role based in Sydney. You will engage with debtors, follow up on invoices and help improve collections outcomes, acting as an extension of our customers’ accounts receivable teams.

You'll manage a portfolio, navigate disputes, document outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Implementation and Sales teams to enhance service delivery.
