Catering Assistant - Aged Care/Retirement

The role:

Cater Care is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Catering Assistants to join our collaborative team in Mosman, NSW on a casual basis.

What this role involves:

- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation in accordance with catering standards.
- Provide warm, respectful customer service while serving nutritious meals and snacks to residents.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness across kitchen, dining, and dishwashing areas.
- Uphold strict food hygiene, safety, and texture-modified food standards.
- Deliver effective tray service and support smooth kitchen operations during peak dining periods.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Prior experience in food preparation, kitchen assistance, or customer service roles.
- Strong teamwork skills alongside the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
- High standards of personal presentation, hygiene, and professional conduct.
- Previous experience within the healthcare, aged care,



or retirement sector (highly regarded).
