The Role

Best & Less has an opportunity for a Part time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Gateways store. This role is Part-Time, 25-36hrs per week with potential to progress into a relief management position.

As an integral member of the Gateways 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

What you'll be doing

- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
- Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
- Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

What you'll bring

- Sunday availability required
- Passionate about the customer experience
- 1-2 years experience in retail or customer service
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Available to work flexible casual hours during the day throughout the week
- Desire to develop your career in retail

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
