We are currently seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to provide in-home support to an 18-year-old female participant with complex support needs in the Grafton region, NSW .

This is an urgent opportunity, with the participant looking to commence support as soon as possible.

About the Role

- Location: Grafton region, NSW
- Female Support Worker required
- 46 hours per day, 5 days per week
- In-home support
- Ongoing opportunity
- Participant has sufficient NDIS funding available for the required supports
- Immediate commencement preferred

About You





The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience supporting participants with complex support needs
- Be compassionate, patient and reliable
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident working independently in a home-based workplace
- Be committed to providing person-centred and respectful support
- Be available for regular weekday shifts

Requirements

- Previous experience in disability/complex support
- Relevant qualifications and NDIS-related clearances as required
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check , where applicable
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
