Are you an experienced retail team member ready to take on more responsibility? Our Manly bottle shop, part of the Cellarbrations banner, is looking for a reliable, motivated and hands‑on staff member. You should take pride in your store and want to grow beyond a standard retail assistant role.
Reporting to our Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a key part in running the store each day. That means balancing customer service and sales with stock ordering, merchandising and store standards.
Key responsibilities
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service and driving sales
Preparing and placing stock orders based on sales, stock levels and targets
Monitoring stock on hand and identifying gaps, top sellers and replenishment needs
Maintaining store presentation, merchandising, promotional displays and ticketing
Receiving and checking deliveries, processing stock and keeping accurate records
Opening and closing the store, cash handling and till reconciliation
Supporting and guiding team members on shift
Keeping the store clean, organised and presented to company standards
Following company procedures, RSA requirements and workplace policies
Experience with stock ordering, inventory or merchandising is an advantage
Organised, detail-focused and confident working independently
Reliable, proactive and a clear communicator with customers, colleagues and management
Keen to learn and take on more responsibility
Versatile availability across day, night and weekend shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
