Arketa is building the operating system for contemporary fitness and wellness. We’re looking for a Customer Support Advocate to be the first line of contact for our Partners, guiding them through Arketa's features and delivering an exceptional experience across chat, email, and Zoom.

You’ll own inquiries from start to resolution, work with Product and Engineering to unblock issues, and help shape the roadmap with valuable partner insights. Weekend coverage is required.
