Immediate start – Floater Early Childhood Educator

Part-time, 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday). Shifts fall between 7:30am and 5:30pm. $33–$37 per hour depending on qualification and experience.

About the role

A flexible floater educator working across all age groups and rooms (nursery, toddler and preschool), covering room ratios and educator breaks. This is a floor-based role with no programming responsibilities. You will build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, follow each room's routines and program in line with the EYLF and NQS, and work collaboratively with room leaders.

About you

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 3 years experience in a long day care setting, OR Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care with at least 2 years experience





Current Working With Children Check (NSW)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Child Protection training

Available for an immediate start, Tuesday to Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm shift window

Flexible and adaptable, happy to move between rooms during the day

Confident working with all age groups, from babies to preschoolers

Reliable, punctual and a solid team player
