Monarch Mental Health Group in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager, 2nd in Charge, to support the Nurse Unit Manager across our national clinic network. You will lead nursing services with a robust focus on compliance, accreditation readiness and quality improvement.

This senior nursing role requires a Registered Nurse with robust governance experience and the ability to travel interstate as needed.
