Bloomreach is expanding its APAC Customer Success team and seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager with hands-on expertise in ecommerce Search & Merchandising. You will manage strategic relationships, drive value, and work directly inside the Bloomreach platform to optimize search and merchandising configurations.
You’ll partner with APAC Account Managers, Technical Consultants, and Sales to drive expansion, renewals, and ROI, while contributing to playbooks and cross-functional programs in a
