We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design, from problem definition and discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will combine robust UX and UI capabilities with product and systems thinking to design intuitive, scalable and accessible experiences for complex products and workflows.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Proven experience working as a Product Designer, UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end product design across discovery, definition, design, delivery and iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to design complex workflows, interactions and governance processes.
- Strong UX, UI and interaction design capability.




- Experience developing and applying design systems, reusable components and scalable patterns.
- Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility, including WCAG principles.
- Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams, including producing clear design specifications, handover materials and supporting design QA.
- Experience conducting usability testing and using evidence to inform design decisions.
- Strong product and systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex products, services and organisational contexts.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence decisions and create alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience using modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated interest in, or practical experience with, AI-enabled design tools and workflows.
