About the position:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Property Solicitor to join a well-established practice. You will work closely with experienced partners, providing expert legal advice on a range of property matters, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your role will encompass contract drafting, settlements, lease preparation, and staying abreast of relevant case law and legislative updates.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice on property matters
- Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Manage settlements and handle negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis




- Prioritise and manage a varied caseload efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Key Requirements:

- 2-4 years of PQE in property law
- General property law experience including contract and lease preparation
- Knowledge of PEXA and property transaction processes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Personable with strong teamwork skills
