The Salvation Army in Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Aged Care Centre Manager to lead Bethesda Aged Care Centre. You will be supported by a Clinical Care Coordinator and a multi-disciplinary team in a up-to-date, garden-surrounded facility.
Responsibilities include operations, compliance, finances and occupancy management, and AN-ACC requirements, with reporting to the Area Manager and collaboration with the Support Services team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
