- Deliver training on Scientific Problem-Solving, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
- Facilitate Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Circle, and other CI activities.
- Analyze operational and business data to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
- Support project benefit validation and CI KPI tracking.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and management review materials.
- Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and knowledge-sharing Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and operational performance.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Support teams in identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and sustaining results.
- Minimum +7 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.




- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and related methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, training, and coaching skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal Experience developing automation or digital solutions using Python, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), or similar technologies.
- Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or other analytical tools.
- Experience supporting Continuous Improvement digitalization and operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology industries.
