Smart Energy is hiring an Inbound Sales Manager to build and lead the home electrification phone sales team from the ground up. You’ll recruit, onboard and develop staff, establish processes and coach the team to convert Google/Meta leads into sales while driving pipeline metrics.
You’ll partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead quality, call coaching and performance, delivering solid results and excellent customer experience. Byron Bay or Gold Coast base with onboarding support.
