Endeavour Group is seeking a Merchandise Training Partner to design, coordinate and deliver strategic training for internal teams and suppliers across data platforms and core systems. You will lead onboarding, UAT readiness and documentation to enable scalable learning across merchandising operations.
The 15-month fixed-term role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working options. You will partner with L&D; and supplier teams to drive impactful training programs and measure outcomes.
