They are seeking an experienced Senior Owners Corporation Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, navigating complex matters and building long-term client relationships.

About the Role

You will manage a carefully maintained portfolio of approximately 10 buildings and 1,000 lots , allowing you to focus on quality management rather than being overwhelmed by excessive workloads.

With a high-functioning administration and support team, up-to-date systems and a thorough handover of a well-maintained portfolio, you'll have the resources and autonomy to succeed.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and relevant legislation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence navigating complex issues and presenting at meetings.

A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.

Adaptability and confidence embracing new systems and processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.





A cooperative mindset with the ability to work autonomously.

A current driver's licence and access to a car for site visits and meetings.
