You will own how we engage customers throughout their journey, building personalised experiences and measurable improvements in retention and value. The role blends product, engineering, AI and marketing to create timely, relevant experiences.
You’ll design lifecycle strategies, run experiments, and work across teams to turn customer insights into growth. This hybrid role requires three days in our Sydney office.
