Rio Tinto is seeking Drill Operators to join our Drill and Blast teams across Pilbara mine sites. This permanent role supports productivity and safe operations with family‑friendly rosters (8/6 or 8/6/7) to fit your lifestyle.

You will report to the drill team supervisor in a challenging setting, operating open pit rigs, complying with safety standards and driving continuous improvement in drilling performance.
