tonies ANZ is seeking a hands‑on operations leader to own domestic operations, establishing DTR relationships, overseeing warehouse connectivity, ERP integrations and local order/invoicing processes in Australia and Current Zealand.
Reporting to the Senior Sales & Operations Manager ANZ, you will collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales and Finance to translate forecasts into execution, build SOPs, drive lean processes, and support a startup culture with flexible, hybrid work.
