AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) based in Barton, ACT. This full-time role reports to the CEO and General Manager, leading opportunity capture, bid management, and key operational activities across Defence and government sectors.
You will coordinate end-to-end capture processes, maintain readiness, and support business development with strong Defence acumen and stakeholder engagement. Local travel and full-time in office work are expected.
